Environmental protection and building efficiency is extremely important to us to ensure a long term secure investment. Patong View Talay uses quality and energy efficient products from solar technology, LED (Energy efficient lightening systems) bulbs, Nano Technology in paints, glass, metals etc. resulting in minimum consumption of external resources. Rain and mountain water will be captured, filtered and treated for re-use in the building.Much of the original plant life from site has been kept and will be replanted back in the rooftop garden. Ownership Stucture
Apartments are sold on "Freehold" base. Under Thai law, foreign nationals can own 49 % of buildings or property development on Land. You become owner your name.
Patong View Talay - Finance
A deposit fee of 250,000 Thai Baht when signing the reservation form
- Three further payments, 50% after 4 weeks, 20% + balance when handover of the apartment.
- Lawyer, registration and gouvernment Tax is app. 3 % of the purchase price
- Return on investment through optional joining the rental pool.
Furthermore we offer a financing plan for new customer
The offer is that minimum 70% of the purchase price is to be paid on signing
the contract. The balance can be paid in monthly installments:
- for a 12 month finanace plan on 6.0 % interest rate
- for a 24 month finanace plan on 7.0 % interest rate
- for a 36 month finanace plan on 7.5 % interest rate
The buyers taking advantage of the financing plan can still taking advantage of the rental pool option.
Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable.
